2. Orders are subject to availability. Divine Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

1. All prices listed on Divine Jewels platforms are in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
   
2. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazzcash and we offer cash on delivery as well ( no cod for int clients atm)
   
3. Divine Jewels is not responsible for any additional charges, such as taxes, customs duties, or import fees, that may apply to international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges if applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

• Divine Jewels endeavors to ship orders promptly after payment confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  
  
• We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  
  
• Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information, if available, to monitor the delivery status of their package.

Returns and Exchanges

Divine Jewels does not accepts returns unless the customer comes across issues like: 
(a) If you believe your item is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
(b) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Product Warranty
